The Town of Summerville is seeking sealed bids for construction services to construct Summerville Preserve Phase II, a park along the Ashley River. The property is located in Dorchester County within the Town of Summerville on TMS #161-00-00-104 and 161-00-00-141. A master plan for the site was completed in November 2020. All Bids shall be submitted in the format using the provided BidSchedule format. The Bidschedule Document is provided in this ITB. All Bids will be accepted electronically via BIDNETDIRECT.COM. No email, faxed, or hard copies will be accepted. Bidders are required to use the attached Bid Schedule Document.
