Reference Number 0000399469 Bid Intent Not Available Notice is hereby given that Maricopa County (County) is conducting this invitation for SEALED BIDS for the work described herein: Provide demolition services for the 9th floor of the Maricopa County Central Court building. The demolition scope consists of all items on the 9th floor, to include but not limited to, furniture, partitions, finishes, flooring, duct work, plumbing, electrical fixtures, fire sprinkler piping, all gypsum board/stud framing, insulation, doors/hardware, and general trash. see drawings for specific description of work. All work on this contract is to be completed within 120 CALENDAR DAYS beginning with the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. Bonding Requirements - Surety Bond 10 % Question Deadline 10/17/2025 at 6:00 PM MT Questions or clarifications regarding the bid documents shall be addressed through online using the link in the Q&A tab. Minor administrative questions may be sent to the Article 5 procurement officer at Paul. Shamrock@maricopa.gov. All questions or clarifications must be received by the County at least six days prior to bid opening date.
