Description

Renovation of a library in Lakeville, Massachusetts. Working plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade library.

As of 11/13/2025, this project has been cancelled to allow for substantial revisions to the Project specifications. No additional information is available at this time. Inviting the submission of sealed bids for the Roof Replacement at the Lakeville Public Library project. Work includes furnishing the labor and materials necessary to remove and dispose of the existing flat and shingle roofing, inspect and repair the roof deck as necessary, and install new flat and asphalt shingle roofing systems. Bidders must submit Division of Capital Asset Management (DCAMM) approved Certificates of Eligibility and Update Statements with all bids. Bidders must be certified in the Roofing category of work. Bidders must comply with the wage rates and weekly payroll submittals required by the Prevailing Wage Law. The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities, to accept or reject in whole or in part, any or all bids, or take whatever other action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. Question Deadline 10/17/2025 Every request for such interpretation should be in sent in writing via email to esurette@lakevillema.org. Requests for interpretation must be received at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. The deadline to submit questions is seven (7) days prior to the date fixed for the opening ofbids. Due to the extension ofthe bid submission deadline, the new deadline to submit questions is October 21, 2025.
