1. Base Bid - Replacement of classroom, corridor, and gym HVAC systems in main building. Remove and replace existing NOVAR controls. 2. Add Alternate #1 - Install new fluid cooler and associated power, piping, and controls. All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates and must be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond, as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount. Visitors on St. Tammany Parish Public School campuses are required to check in at the front office of the school.
