On-call comprehensive microbial remediation services for enclosed spaces for the Housing Authority of Washington County. Bidders are responsible for checking the designated website for any addenda before submitting bids. Bids must include a statement regarding whether the bidder is a resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279A.120(1)(b). All bidders must be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board prior to submitting bids. Licensing per ORS 468A.720 (working with asbestos) is not required for this project. Bidders must conform to the requirements of the bid documents and all applicable laws. Contractors must demonstrate that an employee drug and alcohol testing program is in place and that employees have tested negative for drugs and alcohol or have entered a rehabilitation program. The County does not intend to pre-qualify bidders, but all bidders will be checked against relevant lists of contractors ineligible to receive public works contracts. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informalities in the best interest of the County.
