Site work for a water / sewer project in Rushville, New York. Conceptual plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The Village of Rushville seeks to retain professional engineering services from a qualified firm to complete a comprehensive sewer collection system study addressing inflow and infiltration (I&I) issues, including assessing the collection system, performing a study, and preparing a preliminary engineering report based on NYS EFC guidelines. Proposals should describe the firm's general qualifications, related project experience, proposed staff (with resumes and availability), the specific engineering services offered, previous experience with the Village, and familiarity with NYS EFC projects and deadlines. All proposals will be reviewed by a selection committee and selection will be based on the qualifications of the firm and the proposed team. Three hard copies and one electronic copy of responses are required. Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises and Section 3 firms are encouraged to submit Statements of Qualifications. The Village reserves the right to conduct or waive interviews and may solicit separate qualifications or designate another consultant at its discretion. Contract term is two years and project location is the Village of Rushville, Ontario, and Yates counties. The goals for sub-contracting are 15% Minority Owned, 15% Women Owned, and 6% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned businesses.
