Renovation of a municipal facility in Souris, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Exterior Door and Deck Upgrade, Rollo Bay Scope of Work Project: Exterior Door & Deck Upgrade for Housing Services. Location: 798 Route 2, Rollo Bay, PE C0A 2B0. Work Includes: Remove existing doors, trim, siding as needed. Inspect buildouts and sheathing for rot or water damage. Install new steel doors with vinyl jambs, vented inserts, lever handles, and padlocks. Replace sliding patio doors with double door (single in-swing). Reinstall exterior finishes and repair drywall. Insulate voids, install pre-primed pine casing, paint trim. Remove and replace wooden decks with pressure-treated framing, decking, and railing. Install screw piles, flashing, and ensure proper grading.
