As part of the preparation of a future call for tenders, the CAG is initiating an exploratory process to draw up a current portrait of the market for maintenance services for existing vertical lifting devices in healthcare and education establishments. It is important to note that this approach does not encompass the installation of new equipment, but focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance solutions for existing systems, such as elevators, lifting platforms, the lifts, etc. The final technical requirements are not yet established. Therefore, the AGC invites interested suppliers to send it information and documentation listed in Appendix 2, including: o Their technical capabilities and territorial coverage; o Intervention deadlines and service commitments; o Their maintenance practices (urgency, frequency of inspections, monitoring procedures, etc.); o Their innovations in maintenance management (remote diagnostics, digital reports, automated tracking tools, etc.); o Their pricing models, including the mechanisms for managing and controlling spare parts costs, which often vary.
