The County of Passaic is requesting bid proposals for the Lead Assistance Program: Residential Lead Remediation and Abatement Services, Project RFQ-26-046. Bid proposals must be submitted on forms supplied by the County and include one original, two copies, and one electronically stored copy on a CD or USB Flash Drive. Proposals may be delivered by hand during business hours, by certified mail, or by overnight delivery to the specified address. Bidders must comply with the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Rules, and all other applicable laws. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to consider proposals for sixty days, reject any and all proposals, and waive minor informalities when authorized by law. Proposals must be responsive to the specified project and received by the deadline.
