Site work for an educational facility in Wilmette, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade educational facility.
The Board of Education, Wilmette Public Schools District 39, will receive sealed bids for 2026 Summer Work. Bids must include a Performance and Payment Bond for the full amount of the contract and a Bid Security of 10%. Contractors are required to pay Prevailing Wage Rates as per Illinois Law. Bids must be submitted in an opaque sealed envelope, addressed to the Project Manager at Nicholas & Associates, Inc., along with two copies of an AIA 305-Contractors Qualification statement prior to the bid date. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting for all interested bidders. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any irregularities. Wilmette Public Schools District 39 encourages equal opportunity and requires bidders to have a written sexual harassment policy per state law. Bidding documents will be distributed electronically at no charge.
