Site work and paving for a civil project in Wildomar, California. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade road / highway.
The City of Wildomar seeks to retain a qualified Consultant to provide professional engineering and environmental services necessary to prepare plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) for the Sedco Boulevard Roadway Safety Improvements and MDP Line C Storm Drain Project. The required services include project management, preliminary engineering, utility coordination, environmental compliance (NEPA/CEQA), geotechnical investigation, and preparation of civil design plans at the 30%, 60%, 90%, and 100% stages. The selected Consultant shall also provide support during bidding, agency coordination, and, as needed, post-award services such as construction support, preparation of as-built drawings, and technical advisement. All work shall be performed in accordance with City requirements as well as Riverside County Flood Control District, Caltrans, and applicable federal standards. All inquiries regarding this RFP shall be submitted via PlanetBids by 5:00 pm October 20, 2025
