Renovation of an educational facility in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 60,000-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and 60,000-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.

These projects consist of renovations to two existing, approximately 60,000 sf schools and include interior demolition; new CMU mechanical enclosure and associated concrete pad; wall framing, insulation, drywall, and new ceiling assemblies; partial roof replacement and additional roof patching; interior build out with new finishes including doors and frames, casework, millwork, and painting; upgrading the electrical service, new lighting and power, and miscellaneous low voltage scopes; new plumbing layout; and new mechanical systems. Exterior work is primarily limited to new enclosure and pad for mechanical equipment, and trenching and pads for new electrical equipment. Mill Park Elementary School is located at 1900 SE 117th Ave., Portland, OR 97216. Lincoln Park Elementary School is located at 13200 SE Lincoln St., Portland, OR 97233.
