Remodeling of a library in Evanston, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade library.
The Uinta County Library-Evanston is requesting price proposals for the supply and installation of carpet. The project consists of removing and disposing of existing flooring, supplying and installing carpet tile flooring in areas throughout the library, with not all areas being replaced. The contractor is responsible for measuring and quantifying the square footage for the project. Samples of the carpet to be used will be presented at the pre-proposal meeting. The project is federally funded and requires Davis Bacon compliance. There must be frequent and sometimes urgent communication with English-speaking personnel, requiring that an employee or agent present at the job site can communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to ensure successful provision of services. Contractors may schedule a site visit for measurements if needed outside of the pre-proposal visit.
