Sealed bids will be accepted for the HVAC Replacement at Dr. Everette Williams School, 7315 Willow Street, New Orleans, LA 70118, Project Number: ITB No. 25-FAC-0015. Bids must be submitted to the Orleans Parish School Board (OPSB) at the specified location and time. Complete bidding documents may be obtained from Infinity Engineering Consultants, LLC. All bids must include bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid and all alternates, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or OPSB Bid Bond Form. Surety requirements are specified, including approved bonding companies and rating criteria. The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond and payment bond each equal to 100% of the contract amount, meeting outlined surety requirements. Contractors must be licensed in Louisiana for Mechanical and Electrical Construction. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. Withdrawal of bids is restricted as described, and bids may be held for more than forty-five days due to the nature of project funding. All provisions, requirements, and instructions to bidders contained in the bid documents are incorporated by reference and must be followed.
