The Public Building Commission of Chicago is soliciting Request for Proposals from firms (including those proposing to have a controlling interest in Joint Ventures) for design-build services for the Department of Family and Support Services (DFSS) Bronzeville Regional Senior Center. The project will include site preparation, design, and construction of a new regional senior center and associated site improvements.
