Site work for a water / sewer project in Spring Hill, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

Project consists of the demolition of specified existing structures and site features as designated in the project plans. All debris shall be removed and disposed of in accordance with local regulations. Following demolition, the site shall be graded to meet specified elevations and contours, ensuring proper drainage and preparation for future construction. Work will include clearing, excavation, gravel bedding, backfilling, and compaction as required to achieve a stable and level surface. Surface restoration, erosion prevention and sediment control (EPSC), and all incidental work necessary for a complete and operational project in accordance with the plans and specifications. All Bidders must be licensed Contractors in the State of Tennessee in strict accordance with State regulations. No bid will be opened unless the outside of the sealed envelope containing the bid provides the following: the name, license number, the date of the license's expiration, and the classification of the contractors applying to the bid for the prime contract and for electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning contracts (if applicable). When the bid is less than twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000), only the name of the contractor may appear on the outside of the envelope. If a bid is in excess of $25,000 but lacks the required information, it will be disqualified. Prime contractor bidders who will perform electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning work (if applicable) must be designated on the outside of the envelope. In the case of joint venture bids, each party must provide this information. All bidders shall comply with the Contractors Licensing Act of 1976 (TCA Title 62), all relevant Tennessee laws, and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. All bids must use the Bid Form bound in the contract documents, and a bid security of five percent (5%) of the bid amount is required. A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, will be required for the successful bidder. No bid may be withdrawn within ninety (90) days after opening. QA date - 10-24-2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the bidding instruments shall be submitted to the A/E in writing. Replies will be issued by addenda that are mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the A/E as having received the bidding instruments. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of bids will not be answered.
