Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Salisbury, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
The work includes the installation of masonry control joints at the warehouse located at 434 Calhoun Street, Salisbury, NC 28144 in accordance with the recommendations provided by Stewart Engineering. No pre-bid conference will be held for this solicitation. Questions regarding the specifications on this bid should be referred to Jacob Horne at jacob.horne@salisburync.gov by Wednesday 10/17/2025 at 2:00 PM. The City of Salisbury reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in bids, and unless otherwise specified by the bidder, to accept any item in the bid. If an error occurs in the unit price or extended price then unit price will prevail.
