Renovation of an educational facility in Farmville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Scope of work includes: All required components of assemblies and accessories related to the Rooftop Clock Tower repair as per drawings and specifications: Lower Tower Section: Remove and replace siding/trim, tie into existing single ply membrane. Middle Tower Section: Remove and replace all siding/trim. Remove and reinstall clocks. Remove and replace flatlock apron with fully soldered copper. Upper Tower Section: Remove low slope flatlock roof with TPO membrane. Remove and replace damaged trim and railing.
