Project has been cancelled The project will include a 14-inch platform, two covered waiting areas, pavement rehabilitation, and signal modification. These additional bays will provide increased capacity to meet current and future needs, including the Blue Line BRT line, and provide operational efficiencies for further implementing the Marion County Transit Plan. Project Description: IPTC is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the construction of two new transit bays at the Julia M. Carson Transit Center in downtown Indianapolis. The work includes, but is not limited to, concrete foundation and platform, curbs, ramps, pavement rehabilitation, signal modification, and architectural canopy installation. Communication equipment installation and landscaping/seeding are also involved.
