Site work for a water / sewer project in Bertram, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Estimate: $2,760,000 (+$297,000 for Alt Bid) Supply and install a concrete precast wet well, pumps, electrical, site improvements, generator, fencing, and associated appurtenances, as well as install approximately 3,517 linear feet of 8-inch PVC sewer forcemain, valves, fittings, and associated appurtenances in Bertram, Texas. The project also includes the abandonment of the existing lift station and forcemain. Alternate Bid A is the abandonment of Lift Station B, which includes converting the lift station into a manhole, abandoning existing forcemain and gravity main segments, and installing approximately 582 linear feet of 8-inch and 12-inch gravity main along with 3 manholes.
