The project will be constructed in two phases. Phase One will focus on the civil works of a portion of the parking lot to provide interim public and staff parking to keep existing facilities in operation during the construction period. Phase Two will be the remainder of the construction to include the new 10,000 square foot building and remaining site work. A number of add alternates related to park improvements is included in the bid documents to allow the City flexibility for awarding alternates dependent upon available funding.
