Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Working plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Bid is cancelled The Project consists of clearing, demolishing and removing one (1) building located at 2266 Civic Center Drive, North Las Vegas NV 89030. The Work involves preparatory work, environmental abatement with the presence of lead, asbestos, and other hazardous materials in the building, demolishing, clearing, and removing the entire building footprint including the basement, coordinating with non-City owned Utility and permitting agencies, and associated appurtenances. The Work shall be completed within 120 consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice-to-Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization. The estimated construction cost ranges from $3M to $3.7M.
