BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The scope of work includes the breach and removal of an approximately 12-acre existing irrigation pond and restoration of a natural stream corridor for Potter Run. The project also includes the provision of a new irrigation impoundment, equipment and connection into existing conveyance. The Department of General Services Capital Programs and the Bureau of Diversity, Inclusion and Small Business Opportunities identified this procurement as eligible for the setting of Small Diverse Business (SDB) and/or Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) participation goals. Applicants must agree to meet all SDB and VBE Participation Goals in full or demonstrate that they have made Good Faith Efforts to meet the Goals.
