Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Torbay, Newfoundland. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Closing Time: 2:00 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 1 addendum issued for this project. ** Road resurfacing, including asphalt milling, patching, and adjustment of manholes and gate valves. The scope of work includes road upgrading for fifteen streets in the Town of Torbay including, but not limited to, the supply and installation of the following: .1 Asphalt removal and roadway excavation .2 Remove existing storm drainage infrastructure as required .3 Adjust manhole covers and valves to grade .4 Remove and replace curb and gutter, including bedding, as required .5 Ditch clean out as shown on contract drawings. .6 Remove and dispose of existing culverts and replace as required. .7 Roadway reinstatement to consist of rock fill, Class B, Class A and asphalt at thicknesses shown on contract drawings. .8 Reinstate shoulders, driveways, swales, topsoil and sods to tie into existing conditions.
