Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in St Charles, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Municipality is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the supply and installation of (2) two standard height (40'L x 8'W x 8'6" H) steel storage containers (sea cans) placed with a minimum space of 40' between with a container mounted steel roof system. The roof system is to be installed from inner wall to inner wall of the steel storage containers and be approximately 41' wide 20' peak height and 40' long. The proponent shall provide all associated materials, hardware, connectors, include Ontario engineer-certified structural drawings and install the building system The Deadline for Questions or Clarifications is Thursday, October 9th 2025 by 2:00 p.m. local time.
