Indigenous Management Group Inc. (IMG) is requesting Electrical Contracting Service Proposals for the Peguis First Nation Operating Building and UV Building Electrical Repair to support the reliability of the community wastewater treatment systems. This Request for Proposal (RFP) will be awarded for the electrical repair work to the existing Submerged Attached Growth Reactor (SAGR) Blower Utility and UV Treatment Buildings hereafter referred to as the Operating Building, that were damaged due to overland flooding. Indigenous Management Group has been authorized to procure this work on behalf of the Project Owner, Peguis First Nation. RFP responses are invited from qualified and experienced contractors familiar with the installation of work within wastewater treatment facilities. The general scope of the Works for this project is to include the supply, installation and demolition of the following items: Operation Building and UV Building .1 Two (2) existing 50HP 600V Schnieder Variable Frequency Drives and Panels, .2 One (1) Berkely Multi-Stage Jet Pump model 15LT2, 1.5 HP, .3 One (1) ABB Active Harmonic Filter, model number M10-IP21, .4 One (1) Eaton 15A, 600V MCC Disconnect Switch, .5 Five (5) KDRC Load Reactors, .6 One (1) Eaton 9SX battery backup UPS, .7 One (1) existing electric baseboard, complete with remote line voltage thermostat, .8 One (1) existing hot-water tank, model REEM EGS120, .9 One (1) Roughneck Unit Heaters, model CR1-600360, .10 Two (2) UF2 H2C2A Cooling Fans, .11 One (1) 600V-120/208V 45kva transformer, model NMK045, .12 Two (2) 50HP 600V blower motors, model WEG W22, .13 Four (4) emergency combo exits signs, NEMA 4X rated, .14 Four (4) exit lights, NEMA 4X rated, .15 Remove and replace existing non-functional, lighting, plugs, fans, wires and associated conduit, .16 Replace existing generator battery, charger, and starter, a. Contractor to pay for and coordinate generator supplier startup including commissioning assistance and provisions for temporary load bank, .17 All associated wiring with the installation of new equipment and devices, .18 Reinstating existing PLC of the SAGR systems in accordance with existing As-Built Drawings, .19 Demolition and removal of equipment to be replaced, all equipment to be be disposed of at an approved waste management facility. Contractor to provide first salvage rights to the Owner, prior to disposal of equipment offsite. .20 Replacement of existing wastewater treatment UV reactor control panel, UV lamp termination box, lamp assembly and power supply, .21 Replacement of existing Electrical Panel C and PDC-2, .22 Replacement of existing transformer B and C, .23 Replacement of existing unit heaters UH-1 (7.5 kW) and UH-2 (5 kW), wet and corrosive rated, .24 Replacement of existing RIO PLC Panel complete with all instrumentation, .25 Replacement of existing security panel and devices, .26 Replacement of existing interior, exterior and emergency lighting, .27 Replacement of all existing disconnect switches, .28 All cutting and patching to facilitate electrical and equipment installation, .29 Pay for and obtain all required permits, .30 All electrical work reasonably assumed to be deficient due to facility flooding.
