**As of January 21th, 2026, the project was awarded to Nelts of CT, LLC, with an awarded amount of $24,410.75.** The scope of work is to provide landscape services, including spring and fall cleanup, pruning trees and trimming shrubs throughout the season as needed, weekly lawn maintenance and mowing. Additional services may be required for plantings or emergency tree or shrub removal. All bidders must submit a cost proposal using the provided form. Lump sum and time and material estimates are required, with specific, non-negotiable markups for materials (no greater than 15%) and subcontractor costs (no greater than 5%). Equipment rental will be compensated at actual rental cost with no markup.
