Renovation of a water / sewer project in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The VFDS on both the TACO pumps of 10 hp, 200 gpm, 50 psi head pressure, 575v -3ph serving as pressure boosting pumps for the domestic water system are burnt out as well as the associated 2( 3-way )valves are no longer working Replace the existing burnt out frequency drives and pressure controls for the 2 potable water supply pumps. Replace the 2 regulating valves that are not working and both pumps require maintenance., evaluate the piping and fittings and replace if in bad conditions. Investigate the feasibility to replace the whole pump system (pumps, fittings and accessories) compared to replacing only the worn out components.
