Question Deadline 10/16/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Questions to be addressed in the addendum will be received through 5:00 p.m. five (5) business days prior to the bid. The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: Site clearing and grading, asphalt path construction, concrete sidewalk, concrete multi-surface pad, toilet building, well, and septic, decorative and area lighting, pavement markings, and signing. Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. Drawings, specifications, and bidding documents are available only to those Bidders who have been pre-qualified by the Owner in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders or are active members of the plan room. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Lincoln Township in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of thirty (30) days after the receipt of bids. A project schedule of major items of work shall be submitted with the Contractor's bid and this schedule will be a factor in project award. Use of sub-contractors is acceptable, and bidders must comply with relevant federal and state requirements including civil rights acts, safety standards, and wage acts. The project will be awarded to the verified lowest bid of a qualified bidder. Additional requirements are detailed in the contract documents.
