The Village of Pugwash is responsible for several operational facilities throughout the Village. To ensure the safety of our tenants/residents during winter conditions, the Village is seeking a contractor or contractors who can provide and perform snow removal (snowplowing, shovelling, and ice maintenance) services per occurrence for the upcoming winter season to any or all of the premises named in this RFT. This will be a seasonal contract with invoicing completed after each occurrence. The contract date will end April 30th, 2026, with the possibility of renewal for an additional year. The renewal will be based on the quality of the service as well as the price. This will be negotiated by both parties. Estimated Duration of Contract (months) 6
