Enumclaw School District requests qualifications from Progressive Design-Builders for the New Ten Trails Elementary School Construction Project using the procurement permitted under Chapter 39.10 of the RCW, as amended, for selected school projects for public works contracting in lieu ofsealed bids. The project consists of building a new K-5 elementary school, facility that will house all K-12 students, and district support services. Design is anticipated to begin in February 2026. Early Construction Packages are anticipated to begin in May/June 2026 with total project substantial completion estimated to be by August 2027. The Design-Builder shall provide high quality services including scheduling, phasing logistics, collaboration with the design consultants, manage and estimate design budgets and design contingency solutions, coordinate environmental and hazmat investigation services and plans, direct construction best-practices, organize design investigative work and provide assistance in the selection ofmateria ls and buildi ng systems, solicit and manage subcontractor bid packages and supplier bidding while providing high-quality construction services to safely deliver a superior project that comprises the full scope ofprogram needs set by Enumclaw School District that is on time and under budget.
