Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Terrace, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 27,400-square-foot, three-story above grade, 40-unit multi-residential development; 19,900-square-foot, three-story above grade, 35-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
The purpose of this NRFP is to invite Pre-qualified Proponents from RFPQ 1070-2425-178A Construction Management Services for Various Housing Projects and have received formal notification of their qualification to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide BC Housing with the Deliverables. This NRFP combines 2 projects located in Terrace and Smithers, BC. The successful proponent will be awarded both projects but will be required to enter into 2 separate Contracts. 3879-3895 Alfred Ave Smithers – Supportive Housing & Shelter The project will consist of 40 studio units and 20 shelter beds with administrative, support and amenity spaces provided in a 27,400 SF GFA 3-storey wood frame building. Exterior site improvements will include tenant amenity space, surface parking, garbage enclosure and hard / soft landscaping. 2802-2804 & 2812 Tetrault Street Terrace BC - Supportive Housing The project will consist of 35 studio units with administrative, support and amenity spaces provided in a 19,900 SF GFA 3-storey wood frame building. Exterior site improvements will include tenant amenity space, surface parking, garbage enclosure and hard / soft landscaping. Located in 3879-3895 Alfred Ave Smithers & 2802-2804 & 2812 Tetrault Street Terrace BC Question Deadline 10/24/2025 at 2:00 PM PT Deadline for Issuing Addenda 31 October 2025.
