Roof snow removal operations are initiated by the CSSMB representative. The CSSMB awards the Contract by lot, and this, to the compliant BIDDER who proposed the lowest price in each of the lots. The BIDDER may submit a bid for one or more lots. The SERVICE PROVIDER must provide all that is necessary for snow removal operations on roofs and ice removal, namely: manpower, materials and equipment required. Delivery schedule The SERVICE PROVIDER must be ready to respond upon request from the month of December until the end of April, each year of the contract.
