The University seeks proposals from highly qualified contractors with experience delivering projects on time, on budget, and to specification in spaces that have uninterruptable operations. Scope includes modifications to approximately 2,470 SF of space within the Second Floor of the UKHC Turfland Clinic to create a New Wellness Clinic in Lexington, KY. Work will include but may not be limited to selective demolition, new interior partitions, ceilings, flooring, doors, and various finishes as well as modifications to the HVAC, plumbing, electrical and data systems, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
