Question Deadline 10/15/2025 at 3:00 PM ET Questions must be submitted online The City of South Fulton Code Enforcement and General Services Departments are seeking qualified Contractors to provide demolition, landscaping, carpentry, and cleanup Services. The Proposer will provide a Bid for the scope of the project as defined in Appendix A, Scope of Services. The selected Contractor(s) will be responsible for providing comprehensive Services, including but not limited to the items listed below, and must clearly demonstrate their ability to perform all aspects of the requested Services. Demolition Services: 1. Demolish and remove structures, foundations, and debris, and haul off and properly dispose of all demolition materials in accordance with Local, State, and Federal regulations, including those specific to the Georgia Environmental Protection Division (EPD) and local ordinances. 2. Site grading and backfill to a safe and stable condition post-demolition. 3. Adherence to all safety protocols and obtaining necessary permits. Landscaping Services (Post-Demolition and Cleanup): 1. Site clearing and debris removal (including vegetation, overgrowth, and miscellaneous waste). 2. Rough grading and final grading of cleared lots. 3. Seeding, sodding, or other appropriate ground cover application to prevent erosion and improve aesthetics, in compliance with the requirements of the Georgia Erosion and Sedimentation Control Act. 4. Removal of trees, shrubs, and other vegetation as required. Carpentry Services (Maintenance & Security): 1. Board-up and securing of vacant or unsafe structures. 2. Minor structural repairs to secure properties (e.g., reinforcing doors, windows, and weak points). 3. Installation of temporary fencing or barriers as needed. Cleanup Services: 1. Removal of interior and exterior debris, including trash, junk, abandoned items, and hazardous materials (e.g., tires, appliances). 2. General site cleanup and restoration to a safe and presentable condition. 3. Vehicle removal (as identified, e.g., 3423 Demooney Rd).
