Site work and paving for a civil project in Clarksville, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project includes the construction of a 100,000 cubic foot Underground Detention Basin south of Court Avenue and west of York Street in the South Clarksville Development Area. It also includes construction of the Shields Access Road parallel to the Flood Control Levee, consisting of approximately 1,400 feet of new roadway, storm sewers, curb and gutter, pavement markings, underdrains, and all other items shown on the plans and mentioned in the specifications for a complete project. Question Deadline 10/21/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
