Requirement contract for Maintenance Painting of Apartments at Mariners Harbor Houses, located in Queens-Staten Island Neighborhood (QS04), Staten Island. The contract term is for three (3) years, with the option for NYCHA to extend for up to two (2) one-year renewals. NYCHA intends to separately solicit and award eleven (11) requirement contracts for maintenance painting at various developments as part of this Bid Series. Only one of the requirement contracts in this series may be awarded to a single contractor in the initial step, with the possibility of awarding an additional contract at NYCHA's discretion if other contracts remain. To be eligible, bidders must be pre-qualified as approved suppliers via the NYCHA-Paint Pre-Qualification List and appear on the active approved vendor list. Vendors may be required to enroll Authority residents as apprentices as per the value of their Bid Adjustment Factor and must comply with Section 3 apprenticeship requirements. Section 3 REO & OEO and M/WBE Utilization plans must be submitted electronically via eComply. Do not include Section 3 or M/WBE documents in the bid submission via iSupplier. Bidders must participate in NYCHA's MWBE Utilization Plan and submit the relevant forms by the due dates. Failure to submit may deem the bid non-responsive. Vendors should respond through the Electronic Procurement system and provide company information, address, contact details, and response validity.
