The scope of work includes construction of drainage improvements including but not limited to: roadway paving, installation of 541 linear feet (LF) storm sewer, installation of 7 drop inlets and 3 yard inlets in the alleys between 11th Street and 10th Street and between 10th Street and 9th Street. Bidders are required to comply with all state and federal requirements related to the funding source, including registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), equal employment opportunity laws, and the use of small and minority-owned businesses. Minimum wage rates and employment conditions are to be observed as specified. The owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities or reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 90 days after the bid opening.
