Renovation of a mixed-use development in Goleta, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and laboratory facility.
**As of November 7, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, insurance, and services for the creation of four separate areas; a clean room, a wet lab, a balance room, and an instruments lab. Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the Lump Sum Base Bid shall accompany each Bid. The Surety issuing the Bid Bond shall be, on the Bid Deadline, an admitted surety insurer (as defined in California Code of Civil Procedure Section 995.120). The successful Bidder and its Subcontractors will be required to follow the nondiscrimination requirements set forth in the Bidding Documents and to pay prevailing wage rates at the location of the Work.
