The project is awarded to RFC Excavating in the amount of 1,037,697. 08 ealed bids are sought for the Memorial Park Permeable Pathway and Drainage Improvements Project (BCOS Funded) in the Borough of Maywood, Bergen County, New Jersey. Bids must be prepared in accordance with provided drawings, specifications, and forms, and submitted in sealed envelopes with all required documentation, including a non-collusion affidavit and a certified check or bid bond for at least ten percent of the bid amount (not to exceed $20,000 and not less than $500), and a consent of surety for one hundred percent of the bid amount from an authorized surety company. Bidders must comply with Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity requirements, Local Public Contracts Law, New Jersey Business Registration Requirements, and all relevant state regulations. Proof of business registration is required for contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers at all tiers. Federal Prevailing Wage Rates apply.
