Greenville Utility Commission's (GUC) consists of multiple buildings across 62 acres of developed property. The buildings are comprised of office space, warehouse space, an automotive repair shop and various shop spaces. Most of these buildings are closed to the public and the few serve the public as billing stations. The grounds are a mix of public parking, private parking and laydown yard as an extension of the warehouse and includes (2) three sided shelters for equipment storage. General Background: Throughout the course of our budget years we typical require an engineer for some of our projects. These can include but not be limited to; renovations, space evaluations, traffic studies, landscaping plans, simple HVAC studies, etc. GUC is looking to hire multiple Architect/Engineering firms to perform engineering services for various projects. We intend to issue these contracts that are renewable annually for a period of up to 3 years. These are general task examples and specifics will be provided as these needs arise. o Various studies o Evaluate and determine if replacement or refurbishment is the best option o Provide SD, DD, CD drawings and/or estimates o Provide bid documents to hire various contractor(s) o Provide engineering construction support o Provide as built drawings at completion of project.. Required with proposal: o At least 3-5 relevant projects of similar scope in similar building settings o References for each of the provided projects and additional if desired o Roles and rates for each discipline o Key team lead(s) and their experience. Evaluation Criteria: The below will be the evaluation criteria in the order we place the most weight with. 1. Relevant experience on past projects 2. Proposed team members' experience 3. Rates for the various roles required of this work 4. Overall proposal cost. Questions regarding this request for proposal (RFQ) should be received by or before 5:00 pm (EST) on October 9, 2025.
