A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** New Braunfels Utilities is soliciting Request for Proposals for Saengerhalle North Interceptor. New Braunfels Utilities ("NBU") invites the submittal of responses to this Request for Proposals ("RFP") from qualified firms interested in providing construction services in connection with the construction of the Saengerhalle North Interceptor (the "Project"). The Project has been designed by Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. The Project is anticipated to include some or all of the following items within its scope: (i) construction of approximately 4,600 linear feet ("LF") of 12-inch to 21-inch gravity sewer main by open cut and trenchless construction methods; (ii) abandonment and grout fill of existing sanitary sewer mains and associated manholes; (iii) connections to the NBU sanitary sewer system; (iv) sewer bypass pumping for construction; (v) clearing and grubbing; (vi) traffic control; (vii) storm water pollution prevention; (viii) site restoration; and (ix) all other appurtenances necessary to complete the Project. Responses are solicited for this service in accordance with the terms, conditions, and instructions set forth in this RFP. Location The Project will be located from FM 1101 to just southeast of Alves Lanes along a drainage right-of-way that is parallel to Willowbrook Avenue in New Braunfels, Texas. The estimated maximum construction budget is approximately $3,400,000.
