Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Broomfield, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
The project is for the construction of a regional trail segment within the District, located within the City and County of Broomfield, Colorado. The work generally includes the construction of a 10ft wide concrete trail, landscaping, irrigation, erosion control including temporary fencing, traffic control, and related work. Interested contractors must request bid documents by providing their contact information to Alex Saltzgaver at Collins Engineers, Inc. Bids must be submitted by the specified deadline and late or misdelivered submittals will not be accepted. Bids will be evaluated, and a contract will be awarded to the firm that submits the lowest responsive, responsible bid. The District reserves the right to act in its best interest, which may include terminating, modifying, or suspending the process, rejecting any or all submittals, modifying the terms and conditions of the selection process, and/or waiving informalities of any submission.
