Installation of Verkada electronic access control and video surveillance system at twelve locations. Bidders must submit sealed bids to the designated location. Each bid must include bid security. Contractors are required to have a CSLB-issued contractor license with classification B. Prequalification is mandatory and must be completed by the specified deadline. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit is required. The successful bidder is required to provide a Performance Bond and a separate Payment Bond, each equal to 100% of the contract price. All contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the DIR. Prevailing wage laws apply, and compliance monitoring and enforcement by the DIR is required. The successful bidder must post all job-site notices as required by law. Pre-qualification requirements: Prequalification pursuant to Public Contract Code Section 20111.6 is required. Prospective bidders and subcontractors with certain CSLB license classifications must submit their prequalification questionnaire and supporting documentation by the given deadline.
