Description

Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Millersport, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

The Village of Millersport is requesting Statements of Qualifications for professional engineering services to prepare a preliminary engineering report, prepare Ohio EPA submittals, prepare detailed plans and specifications for 30% for Design Build Bidding, and perform bidding services for a new water reclamation facility serving the Village of Millersport and surrounding areas. SOQs must be submitted in accordance with the instructions included in the RFQ. Only established firms with professional engineers registered in the State of Ohio and experience in developing wastewater treatment systems will be considered. Firms must have and maintain a professional liability insurance policy with coverage sufficient for the services rendered. SOQs will be evaluated and ranked based on qualifications, and interviews may be conducted with the most qualified firms. The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any and all SOQs and to contract with the firm considered best qualified.
