Question Deadline 10/29/2025 at 4:00 PM ET OPRHP will provide a written response to all substantive questions and requests for clarification. Anticipated Contract Approval by NYS OSC: 01/20/26 Project includes architectural, structural, and MEP stabilization, and hazardous material abatement for the existing Sunset Lodge Building at Bayswater Point State Park. This includes maintenance painting of the exterior, repointing, installation of protection over fenestration, filling of voids in the building envelope, structural repair of joists, installation of timber rakers, and removal of hazardous material. Add/Alternate 1 is for full roof and flashing replacement at existing sloped shingle roofs. Add/Alternate 2 is for selective demolition and reconstruction of the existing porch. Sealed bids must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and accompanied by a scanned Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $40,100. The original hardcopy bid bonds for the two lowest bidders must be postmarked and sent via certified mail within 48 hours of receiving the bid summary from the Office. This is a WICKS Exempt Project and requires a completed OPRHP_WE_1 form in accordance with Supplemental Instructions to Bidders - Wicks Exempt. Failure to submit this form correctly will result in disqualification of the bid. Estimated range: $681,000 - $921,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
