Renovation of a mixed-use development in Latham, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of March 17, 2026, this project has been bid and awarded. Construction is expected to get underway soon. Project includes district wide renovation scope of work. The 2024 Capital Project Phase 2 project includes building additions, renovations and sitework at Shaker High School. Each Bidder must deposit a Bid Security in the amount and form per the conditions provided in Instructions To Bidders. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for forty-five (45) days after the Bid Opening. Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return Bid Security prior to that date The School Board of North Colonie Central School District reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received, or to reject all Bids without explanation.
