Ogden City Corporation is accepting sealed bids for a Construction Contract named as: EN029 -Valley Dr Slide Mitigation The work generally includes but is not limited to the following: Slope hillside stabilization between the east edge of Harrison Blvd and Valley Drive utilizing driven steel piles; groundwater/drainage improvements, concrete curb/gutter replacement, and roadway reconstruction. Prospective bidders are required to be experienced in civil road construction/utility installation, have a valid E100 license, and need to be in good standing with Ogden City. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid that best serves its convenience and/or is found to be in the best interest of the City. This section includes furnishing and installing Hydraulic Erosion Control Products (HECP) to reduce soil erosion and promote vegetation establishment on disturbed areas of construction projects. This section includes materials, installation, maintenance, operation and removal of temporary dewatering systems, for the control and disposal of surface and ground waters.
