Description

Renovation of a multi-residential development in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade multi-residential development.

The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids from certified licensed roofers for the rehabilitation of one home located in Sequoyah County. Work must be completed according to the work write-up and finished within 3 working days. Work should begin within two weeks of notification, or $100.00 per day will be charged for each working day over the contract end date. To be considered, bidders must fully complete the Mandatory Bid Response sheet and the Work Write Up. TERO-certified bidders must include proof of certification, and the successful bidder must comply with Tribal rules, regulations, and TERO requirements. Bids are due by the specified deadline and may be emailed or hand-delivered, with responsibility for delivery resting on the bidder. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. Bids may be accepted from Indian and Non-Indian bidders. The Housing Authority reserves the right to determine bid compliance, award a purchase order based on the best interest of the Authority, and reject any and all bids. Indian preference will be given to bidders providing proof of current TERO certification. The TERO fee and related paperwork must be completed for the contract or purchase order to be fully executed. Davis-Bacon wage rates apply, and any state or Tribal wage rates that exceed the Federal rate will not be enforced.
