Renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Port Elgin, Ontario. Design plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for the addition of a museum.
Expansion and renovation to the existing facility. Scope to include: upgrades and replacement of exterior site elements; building envelope replacement; new HVAC; interior finish upgrades; new office and communal spaces; and a 2nd storey addition to accommodate the Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre. TIMELINE: Plans are conceptual. Project will be included in 2026 budget submissions. Further update may be confirmed spring 2026.
